Awesome band (and Selena Gomez besties) Forever The Sickest Kids have a new CD, The Weekend: Friday, coming out this November 17th. The guys are so stoked for the CD release that they're debuting one of the fresh tracks, "What Do You Want From Me?" on their MySpace page today!!!

Hey M Girls-

Yesterday M Magazine was lucky enough to attend Selena's CD release party hosted by Onitsuka Tiger Sneakers! The event was a blast -- soooo many stars showed up to support Selena, including her Wizards' co-stars David Henrie and Jennifer Stone. We caught up with Sel on the red carpet and together we made this exclusive video for M Girls. Check out the things Selena said she's wishing will come true in the upcoming months!

Awww, what sweet wishes! We've heard rumblings that Selena will be announcing a full-blown tour in 2010, and from what Sel last night, it could be getting confirmed very soon! Keep checking back here for more deets at we get 'em.

Hey M girls!

"Send it On," the inspiring song by all of your fave Disney stars like the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, will hit Radio Disney TOMORROW! The song is part of Disney's "Friends for Change: Project Green" and encourages everyone to do their part to save the planet!

How's Demi going green? When she's at home, Dem dishes to M that she uses recycling bins and "we turn off the lights, and we don't leave things plugged in."

You can purchase "Send it On" on iTunes starting August 11th for just 99 cents! The best part is the money you spend will go directly toward helping an environmental cause!

Selena just announced on her Twitter that her CD will be available on Sept. 29! Woohoo! So what was the writing and recording process like for Selena? She opened up only to M: "I had to look through hundreds of songs and work with producers that got to know me and know stories of mine so that they were able to write songs that were dead on and look really hard to capture those moments. And so that was the hardest part -- that I think fell in together really well." We can't wait to hear!!

Hey M girls!

Shoe shopping can be a total blast, but when you're low on spending money, we have tips for making your own brand new flip-flops at home! All you need is a plain pair of flip-flops, some glue, a pair of scissors, and any old necklaces or bracelets you haven't worn in forever!

First, cut up the jewelry so you have a loose pile of beads. Then, grab some glue and start decorating. You can even use the leftover string to make bows or wrap it around the straps to add some texture. You'll save money and have a totally unique pair of shoes to show off to your friends!

Oh, oh it's Selena! Her music video for her reindition of the song "Magic" will premiere tomorrow night, July 24 at 8:59 PM EST on the Disney Channel! Psst-the track will be also be released earlier at 6 PM EST on Radio Disney!

The "Magic" music video will premiere after the first episode in the Wizards vs. Vampires event, a four-episode series which follows the Russo family and their encounters with the Van Heusens, a family of vampires who own a competing sandwich shop!
