Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and rocker-hubby Pete Wentz have put their huge hillside Beverly Hills mansion on the market, an insider close to the couple tells Life & Style.

The couple, whose marriage has been rocked by rumors of trouble, are making the move for their baby boy, Bronx, says the insider.

"The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older they realized that really isn't a child-friendly house.

"They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children."

Ashlee bought the 5,896-square-foot hillside home in January 2007 for a reported $4.5 million. The Mediterranean-style structure has 5,896 square feet over four floors, with four bedrooms and four baths, including a master bedroom with his-and-her baths. It has all the usual celebrity amenities, including a media room, gym, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and two-story guesthouse.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz rewarded their fans with an extra-special present this holiday season: the first photo of their 5-week-old son, Bronx Mowgli. "We decided to share the best gift we could ever receive with you," they blogged on the fan site FriendsOrEnemies.com on Christmas Day. "We couldn't be happier."

The adorable photo "was shot when Bronx was 3 weeks old," a source tells Life & Style.

Her biological clock may be ticking louder than ever, but it appears Jennifer Aniston's going to have to listen to it a little longer. "It's chaos in our house, but it's so much fun," a gleeful Angelina,recently exclaimed. "We'll definitely have more."

Meanwhile, on Nov. 20, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, 24, and hubby Pete Wentz, 29, welcomed their first child, a boy named Bronx Mowgli Wentz. The baby, who weighed in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces, is already being showered with love by his parents -- and his famous aunt. "Bronx is beyond precious," Jessica Simpson gushes. "I'm over the moon. Life is a beautiful miracle."

Last night, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and hubby Pete welcomed their first baby, Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

And today, Ashlee's sister, Jessica Simpson, can barely contain herself. "Bronx is beyond precious," Jessica says. "I'm over the moon with joy. Life is a beautiful miracle. Ashlee and Pete are healthy, happy and enjoying every moment."

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz had her baby last night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA. And she and new dad Pete Wentz named the new arrival — their first — Bronx Mowgli, a combination of the name of one of NYC's five boroughs and the boy hero in the beloved Jungle Book.

"Proud new parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed new son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, late this evening," a representative for the couple annnounced.

"Bronx weighs 7 lbs. 11 oz. and is 20.5 inches long," the rep said. "Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!"

Pete Wentz was careful not to reveal too much when he called in to the Nov. 16 finale of MTV's Total Request Live. In fact, he announced that "nothing happened yet" with wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz's delivery. But the couple had actually already shared a bit of excitement: Pete, 29, and nine-months-pregnant Ashlee, 24, thought they were about to become parens when they rushed to the hospital just two days earlier.
