After months of flirting on Twitter, Holly Madison and Benji Madden are now dating, Life & Style can exclusively confirm. "You can say I'm hanging out with someone I have a crush on," a giddy (and coy) Holly told Life & Style on Dec. 3 at the opening of the Crystals Retail and Entertainment District at Las Vegas' CityCenter. "[Benji] is just someone I have a crush on...for now!" But earlier that day it looked as if the former Girls Next Door star, 29, and the Good Charlotte rocker, 30, were definitely doing more than hanging out when they stopped for coffee at a Starbucks near Benji's DCMA office. As the two waited for their drinks, "it was obvious something was going on between them," says an eyewitness. "Benji stood next to Holly with his arm around her. He was rubbing her lower back and the top of her butt, and she was hanging on his shoulder. They were laughing and flirting the entire time. They couldn't take their hands off each other!"

It's all over between Paris Hilton and boyfriend Benji Madden, Life & Style can officially report.

"Sadly, it's true," Vanessa Fontana, a
contestant on Paris' BFF show, confirms exclusively to Life & Style. "Paris and Benji have split. I love Paris, and I just want her to be happy. I think that they'll be better as friends."

Vanessa disputed rumors that the split had anything to do with Paris' brief reunion with ex Stavros Niarchos this past weekend in Miami.

"No, nobody else is involved," she says. "Paris and Benji were loyal
and faithful to each other. I was with Paris in Miami, and Stavros came over
to our table, and the two of them talked for literally two minutes. It was a friendly
conversation. They definitely did not hook up."

Sources say the breakup is due to the basic differences in the couple:
Benji is a quiet homebody, while Paris is very social, both personally
and professionally. And in recent weeks, the strain was beginning to
show.

"All of Paris' friends have noticed that she hasn't been happy
lately," says a friend. "Benji told Paris he didn't like the BFFs from her
show, and that he disapproves of her friends and doesn't get along with her
sister."

Their work schedules have not helped: Paris regularly travels the world,
and is booked with back-to-back projects for the next 12 months, while Benji
is currently in the recording studio working on a new
Good Charlotte album with his twin, Joel.

Paris is said to be devastated by the breakup. "She wishes it could
be different," says the friend. "Benji always treated her like his princess.
He's a really great guy with a big heart and she loves him very much.
Maybe at some point in the future, the two of them could try again, but
right now, they're just too different as people."

Benji Madden would like to set the record straight about those tabloid reports that he has been unfaithful to new love Paris Hilton. "Paris is the love of my life," he tells Life & Style. "She's the most beautiful woman in the world. These rumors are not only hurtful but completely false and absurd. She is my life and the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with. Everything they printed is a complete lie. I never give off any impression other than that I am madly in love with Paris. I am disgusted that people would make up such malicious lies. She is my life, my heart and my soul and is the most important thing in my life. No one exists but her. I am the most loyal guy in the world and would never even look at anyone else."
And Paris? "Benji and I have an amazing relationship and I trust him with my life," she tells Life & Style. "I don't ever believe rumors regarding my love. I know he would never hurt me and he knows the same about me."
