Reality-TV star Bethenny Frankel has a sexy fiancé ready to take her out on the town and a new baby -- due in June -- to prepare for. But she still takes the time to enjoy a ladies' night with her pals every now and then. The best part of her girls-only evenings? Saving money by doing it at someone's house or apartment.

"Rather than waiting for a man to buy you a drink or spending money eating at an expensive restaurant, stay at home and reconnect with your girlfriends," Bethenny told Life & Style while hosting her own mini soiree on Jan. 22. "It's a chance to really let loose. Plus, you get to choose the food and the music."

Even if you have a boyfriend or a husband, Bethenny adds, "it gives you a chance to air your issues about your relationship so you don't kill your partner." Most of all, Bethenny stresses, "it's about women taking charge of their lives. They've earned their night in, and they're going to make the most of it."

Former fur wearer and now expectant mother Bethenny Frankel would rather go naked than wear fur, and she's putting her money where her mouth is! In Times Square yesterday, The Real Housewives of New York City star unveiled her new PETA billboard, which features the star entirely nude! "I used to wear fur," Bethenny told PETA. "I went to a cocktail party and a PETA protester was holding up a skinned animal outside. I looked at it, and it made me sick. That day was a huge change, and since then, I've really been against fur. I'm cleaning out my closets -- trim, everything."

Ridding her closet of fur isn't the only wardrobe change Bethenny is making these days: She's planning her maternity wardrobe! "I'm trying to wear all my dresses; squeeze into the ones I won't be able to wear for the next six months!" she tells Life & Style. Although she hasn't bought maternity clothes yet, Bethenny has an idea of what she might like. "I'm not all that fashion-forward," she reveals. Life & Style can report exclusively that Bethenny Frankel has been replaced on The Real Housewives of New York City by socialite Sonja Morgan. "It was just signed yesterday," a show insider tells Life & Style of the mid-season switch. "Bethenny has her own show now," so it makes sense anyway.

The insider adds that Sonja will probably make her appearance around episode five of the new season of Housewives. "It's not pretty between Bethenny and the other cast members in the episodes that they've already taped." the insider adds. "I think the show is going to explode this season!"

The Real Housewives of New York City's Bethenny Frankel isn't letting go of her feud with Kelly Killoren Bensimon.

"Bethenny is writing a new book that will deal with their animosity," says an insider close to the Naturally Thin author, 38. "Instead of food, this time it'll be about romance and money and friends and getting rid of all those voices in your head that are trying to tear you down. It's going to be a hot read."
