Glee: secrets of the new season!

Glee1006.jpgLast year's breakout hit Glee doesn't return to Fox until April 13, but there's plenty to look forward to! Glee's cast and co-creator reveal what's in store for the hottest series on TV:

A-List Guest Stars Line Up

Rumors about Jennifer Lopez possibly guest-starring are 100 percent true. "I'm meeting with Jennifer," dishes Ryan Murphy, one of the series' co-creators. "I'd love for her to play a really great cafeteria lady whom Kurt makes over into a Susan Boyle sensation!" Already signed up: Olivia Newton-John, which makes Lea Michele (Rachel) a little nervous. "I've imitated her twice on the show already, and hopefully she liked it," she tells Life & Style. Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester) couldn't be more excited. "I'm doing 'Physical' with her," she reveals.

Quinn's Baby is Coming -- And We'll Get to Know Brittany

Quinn will finally have her baby -- an event that can't come soon enough for actress Dianna Agron. "I hold my prosthetic [bump] all day and have to remind myself it isn't real," she tells Life & Style. We'll also get to know her cheerleader pal Brittany (Heather Morris), who, Murphy teases, is "certifiably insane."

Meet the New Bad Guys

Sectionals are over. Next up: regionals. The Glee crew will be going up against Vocal Adrenaline, led by a singer played by Broadway star Jonathan Groff. "They're all on human growth hormone," reveals Murphy. "They'll do anything to win. Sue should be coaching them! They're ruthless, and that's the fun about them. Half of them are probably 25 and flunked out."

J.Lo and her ex: the fight gets nasty

JLo948.jpgJennifer Lopez put a halt to the release of a movie that's supposedly based on her marriage to Ojani Noa, but her ex isn't giving up. His lawyer and business manager are in court trying to overturn a judge's ruling that blocks the tape from being shown, and they're accusing J.Lo of harassing Ojani, to whom she was married for 11 months between 1997 and 1998. "She's having him followed," Ojani's business manager, Ed Meyer, tells Life & Style. "We just ran the license plate of the car -- it's a black Audi -- and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani's scared."

But Jennifer, 40, is within her legal rights, says an insider close to the actress. "It's a process server trying to give Ojani a subpoena," says the insider. Ojani's lawyer, Frank Sanes Jr., tells Life & Style that his client fears for his life. "We have some concerns right now about the personal safety of Ojani," Sanes says. "We believe he's under surveillance by someone. He's had death threats."

Jennifer was granted a temporary restraining order that prevents Ojani from selling the allegedly steamy home videos. But Ojani, 35, claims his flick, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, is not a sex tape but a Borat-style parody of his life as a Cuban immigrant and that the superstar is unfairly keeping him from making money. "She's destroying my life," says Ojani, who was waiting tables when he met Jennifer.

J.Lo turns 40 with a big bash

JLo&Marc931.jpg
It was a grand evening fit for a queen on Saturday night -- especially when that queen was Jennifer Lopez, who celebrated her 40th birthday with a big party at New York's Edison Ballroom.

Greeted by screaming fans waiting behind barricades, the star and her hubby, Marc Anthony, arrived at the party around 9:15 p.m. Signs that read "An Evening for Lola" (Jennifer's nickname) and two large bouquets of white and pink flowers marked the entrance to the ballroom.

An insider tells Life & Style that a shocked Jennifer, accompanied by Marc, looked ravishing in a white backless gown. "The couple kissed several times," says the insider. "Jennifer looked very emotional and excited. It was a magical moment to see her glow and how touched she was by [Marc's] surprise."

Ricky Martin, Liza Minnelli, Alicia Keys, Lance Bass, Carlos Beltran, Gayle King and Jennifer's family and friends helped fete the birthday girl. In all, about 300 to 400 people were at the party, which took place on two levels of the ballroom. No one brought presents as that would be done privately.

The night's theme, Latin Samba, exuded both dark and cool colors -- the napkins and tablecloths were black, and there were lots of gold details, according to an eyewitness. Still, no expense or detail was spared at the party, which included blown-up pictures of Jennifer on the walls, a Latino band, and performances of Broadway show tunes. The equally lavish menu featured shrimp on skewers, Thai chicken rolls, grilled halibut, roasted duck and caviar. Jennifer was seen drinking champagne all night.

Marc serenaded his wife with "Happy Birthday." Then came the surprise: a 5-foot tall birthday cake. "[Jennifer] tried to blow out the candles," the eyewitness tells Life & Style, "but they were so high and so huge, she couldn't do it. So Marc -- who was standing by her side -- had to blow them out!"

Jennifer also had at least two wardrobe changes during the party: arriving in a white Grecian goddess gown with massive chandelier earrings and finished the evening in a sexy thigh-high sequin mini.

By all accounts, Jennifer, who was dancing it up on the floor with friends, looked fabulous. "Her skin, body, hair -- everything looked perfect," says the eyewitness. "Her skin and body are in amazing condition. She looked so fit and toned. You could see every muscle."

Jennifer and Marc were totally into each other during the fete. Says the insider, "It was really cute and sweet. He didn't leave her side. As things heated up later in the night, he went on to show his love for her when he sang her a few songs in Spanish."

A happy J.Lo then gave a speech to the crowd expressing her appreciation for the party, which ended around 3 a.m. She also thanked her husband and said that she'd never felt so overwhelmed in her life. "[Jennifer] said she loved her party," says the insider. "Her voice was cracking, and she was really touched."

Rounded nails are back!

rounded-nails.jpgNot since the days of Dynasty has Hollywood been so obsessed with long, oval nails. Now trendsetting stars are swapping their short, squared shape for this retro style. "Nails are one glamorous accessory that every girl can afford," says Barielle celeb manicurist Elle, who counts Jennifer Lopez among her A-list clientele. "Plus, they elongate the fingers, so hands look slim and feminine."

JLO&Marc904.jpg

Another man is causing problems in Jennifer Lopez's marriage
to Marc Anthony — but not in the expected way. The couple's union — which has been under fire in recent weeks amid reports of impending divorce — is now being strained by J.Lo's former manager, Benny Medina. Some insiders believe Marc deeply resents Benny's presence in his wife's life.

"Originally, Benny and Marc got along just fine," an insider tells Life & Style. "But lately, Benny's just become too much for Marc. They operate in totally different ways."

J.Lo wants Marc out

Just days after reports surfaced that their marriage was in danger, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony enjoyed a romantic dinner at the Luau restaurant in LA on Dec. 16. "They were so cute," an onlooker tells Life & Style. "They looked like they were definitely celebrating something."

But more likely they were making up after having an argument. On Dec. 8, two days after Marc, 40, partied at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas with J.Lo's pal Eva Longoria Parker, 33, Jennifer, 39, showed up for the LA premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button without Marc -- and without her estimated 8-carat diamond engagement ring and wedding band.

In Life & Style now: baby's first Christmas

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie aren't the most traditional types, but they do share Christmas customs with their growing clan of six — which this year includes 5-month-old twins Vivienne and Knox. "We're trying to combine a little of everything," says Brad about their holiday celebration. "The oldest kids understand, but the others are a little too young." They're being taught, though, says a friend of Brad's: "Brad and Angie love to hear how Maddox and Pax describe Santa Claus to them."
