Britney Spears has always had a major impulsive streak, especially when it comes to matters of the heart. Case in point: her impromptu marriage to childhood pal Jason Alexander, whom she wed in the wee hours of the morning at a Las Vegas chapel in January 2004 -- only to have the union annulled 55 hours later. Then came her second nuptials a mere nine months after that. Guests who arrived at the Sept. 18 gathering thought they were attending a party -- before being informed they were, in fact, at Britney's wedding to Kevin Federline. That marriage ended nearly two years to the day later.

But two failed marriages don't seem to have dampened Britney's dream of one day tying the knot and making it stick. Which is why her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, weren't at all surprised when their eldest daughter, 27, recently approached them to discuss marrying her latest boyfriend: her agent, Jason Trawick.

Shortly before a mid-October jaunt to Mexico with Jason and her two sons -- Sean, 4, and Jayden, 3 -- Britney excitedly shared her idea with her mom and dad. "Britney told Jamie and Lynne she wants to marry Jason," a family insider tells Life & Style. Their reaction? "Her parents weren't shocked," the insider says. But they're concerned. "They're worried Britney is confusing close friendship with romance," adds the insider.

Life & Style has obtained these exclusive images of Victoria Prince kissing boyfriend Kevin Federline while posing with a friend in the photo booth at First Food & Bar at the Palazzo Las Vegas on July 31.

"Kevin showed up at First Food & Bar at 3:30 a.m. and had one shot of Patrón and two Spark Plugs [espresso and Stoli Vanil shots]," an eyewitness tells Life & Style. "He was partying with two guys and his girlfriend, Victoria."

"I love it to death!" Shar tells Life & Style. "It's such a bad song; it's so awesome."

So no hard feelings over the fact that Kevin Federline, father of Shar's kids Kori, 6, and Kaleb, 4, left her for Brit? "I wish her the best," Shar says. "She looks like she's good. She looks healthy, and I'm proud of her."

And Shar also approves of Victoria Prince, Kevin's new 6-foot-2 girlfriend. "I met her, I said, 'Hello, how are you?' She seems like a nice girl, so hopefully it will work out."

But it may be some time before Victoria gets to meet the kids. "That¹s one of the ways that we really do respect each other," Shar tells Life & Style. "If I decide to date someone, it will be a while before my kids meet that person, and it's the same with Kevin."

Kevin Federline totally has his hands full with new girlfriend Victoria Prince, a former co-worker at a California restaurant tells Life & Style.

The 6-foot-two Victoria spent six months waiting tables at Houston's restaurant in Manhattan Beach before she left to play professional beach volleyball — and she made an impression. "She's really smart and witty," the insider says. "She's a strong and independent woman, and always wears the pants in her relationship."

The insider adds: "I hope Kevin can handle her! She's pretty hardheaded. She's not afraid to speak her mind, even if it means insulting someone."

The coworker was shocked when Victoria revealed that she was dating Kevin. "He
isn¹t really her type," the insider says. "Most of the guys she's dated were athletes who led a really healthy, low-key lifestyle. But she's really into the whole hip-hop scene, so I think that's why she was drawn to Kevin."

"Victoria is nothing like Britney Spears! She's the opposite of glam — she's a total tomboy. The only thing she has in common with Britney is that she loves to dance, too."
