Jon Gosselin's ex Hailey Glassman is celebrating her youth by throwing herself a 23rd-birthday bash at Quo nightclub in NYC on Feb. 19.

Hailey pokes fun at the age difference between her and Jon on her party invitation, titled "Black out or get out," which she sent to more than 3,000 people on Facebook.

"Come out and party for my 23rd. I may be turning 23, but I feel like 32. Come help me remember what it's like to be 23, aka young and fabulous again," she writes.

The newly single Hailey has just wrapped a photo shoot for Steppin' Out magazine and is all ready to party next week at Quo, which has hosted celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Gwen Stefani, and Sean "Diddy" Combs. She assures her invitees that the "real Hailey" is back.

With the recent tragic deaths of her friend Casey Johnson and actress Brittany Murphy, former wild child Lindsay Lohan tells Life & Style not to worry -- she won't be next. "I've been through my ups and downs and learned from my mistakes," admits the Mean Girls star, 23. "I'm in a wonderful place mentally, physically and spiritually." And while Linds has battled accusations of cutting herself in the past, she says a mark on her arm that caused an Internet furor isn't a sign she's self-destructive. "I've had that scar on my arm for a very long time now -- it's funny it's just being noticed," she says. "I had surgery a while ago for an injury I had when I was younger, nothing having to do with depression or anything of the sort. Now back off, people! There are more important world issues to focus on!"

Actress Lindsay Lohan will be jetting off to India in an effort to party less and help others more this holiday season. The starlet is set to leave Los Angeles in just a few hours to work with the British Broadcast Corporation on a documentary about the trafficking of women and children in India.

"Lindsay is trying to better herself and get away from her party-girl image. She wants to be taken more seriously," an insider tells Life & Style.

Lindsay plans to continue her good deeds when she returns home on Dec. 12 by donating toys to LA children's hospitals.

Lindsay Lohan's relationship with estranged father Michael Lohan got even uglier on Nov. 4, when Michael released a series of secretly recorded audiotapes of conversations he had with Lindsay and her mother, Dina. But now Michael is doing an about-face.

"I will not release another audiotape about Lindsay," he tells Life & Style, claiming he leaked the tapes only to pressure Lindsay -- who he fears is abusing prescription drugs -- into a rehab facility. "I did it because I wanted Lindsay to know how I felt when I heard that tape. When I get a phone call at 2, 3, 4 or 5 in the morning from my daughter and she's in dire straits, I get very concerned."

On one recording, a hysterical Lindsay claimed, "No one cares about me." On another, Dina talked about Lindsay "cutting herself and hurting herself," while another disturbing recording exposed the troubled 23-year-old's apparent secret fling with Heath Ledger, who died of a drug overdose in 2008. Dina was livid after the tapes were released, saying, "The tapes were from a long time ago. For a father to stoop this low is unforgivable."

She filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley just last month, but Avril Lavigne has already found a new man: Lindsay Lohan's ex, Wilmer Valderrama. "They have been friends since working together on Fast Food Nation in 2005, but things heated up last month," an insider tells Life & Style. "One of their first dates was Oct. 29 at Nobu in West Hollywood." Avril, 25, and Wilmer, 29, took things public at LA club Wonderland last Saturday. "She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other's ear, laughing," says a witness. "They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2."

As the investigation continues into the burglaries of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, one of the starlets can finally breathe easy.

Paris exclusively tells Life & Style of the relieving news she received today from the Beverly Hills Police Department, and how gracious she is to have most of her jewelry stolen from the burglary returned to her.

"I am so grateful to the LAPD for finding out who robbed my house and
returning my jewelry to me," Paris tells Life & Style.

Hopefully Lindsay will be hearing the same relief too!

In recent months, Lindsay Lohan has come under fire for taking her 15-year-old sister, Ali, out for late nights at restaurants and clubs. But Lindsay assures Life & Style her baby sis isn't likely to suffer the same problems she did growing up in the public eye.

"She's tougher than I am," Lindsay said at the VS Beauty Velvet Fragrance Collection launch in NYC on Oct. 14. "She has a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it was different for me because I didn't know what to expect and it just happened really fast. I didn't have a big sister." The Mean Girls star also insists there's no way that Ali, who's being homeschooled, is falling behind in her schoolwork. "She's really good about that," Lindsay says. "If I'm going out late, she'll go home early."

And while Lindsay says she's looking out for Ali, she sometimes forgets her sister's age. "When I was with her at home, I was like, 'Oh, that's right, she's still a lot younger than me,'" Lindsay says. "But I think it's great that she's mature."

Considering Lindsay Lohan's history with drugs and alcohol -- including arrests for drunk driving and cocaine possession, along with multiple stints in rehab -- the last place the star should be hanging out is a bar. But what made her 11:30 p.m. outing to LA's Crown Bar on Sept. 4 especially shocking was Lindsay's companion: her 15-year-old sister, Ali. "I couldn't believe Ali was there," one guest tells Life & Style. "They partied until after 1 a.m., and she treated Ali as if she were just one of her friends at the club with her. And Ali was excited to be there. She loved being out on the scene with her sister. It was as if she knew she belonged there."

The girls' father, Michael Lohan, thinks Ali's strong enough to resist temptation. "I'm glad Lindsay and Ali remain so close," he tells Life & Style. "However, they're independent people and are capable of making their own decisions."

But Ali's already in dangerous territory. Near the end of last year, she stopped going to school, and Lindsay took her in. "Ali is enrolled in a homeschool program," mom Dina tells Life & Style. Now, despite an eight-year age difference, the sisters are like twins, dressing alike, looking shockingly skinny and sporting plumped-up lips. "Anything Lindsay does, Ali wants to do," a family insider says. Ali's also witness to the chaos of Lindsay's romance with Samantha Ronson. Early in the morning of Sept. 12, the couple had one of their regular blowouts and split up yet again, says the family insider.

Michael Lohan once condemned Samantha Ronson for being a bad influence on his 23-year-old daughter, blaming her for many of Lindsay's recent problems, including a stalled film career and potential substance abuse issues. But now Michael tells Life & Style he was wrong about Samantha, offering a formal apology. "I want to say I'm sorry for anything negative I said about Sam," Michael says. "It was totally off-color." In fact, Michael, 49, now says he's grateful for Sam's influence on Lindsay. "I appreciate that she cares about Lindsay's health and well-being," he says, adding best wishes to Sam on her recent 32nd birthday.

What caused Michael's abrupt 180-degree turn-around? According to Michael, it was a recent, long-overdue private meeting at Sam's LA home. Michael says he came away from the meeting with a new outlook on Lindsay and Sam's relationship. "I really see Sam in a whole different light now," admits Michael, who says he allowed other people's negative opinions about Sam influence his own.

Britney Spears may have a new hairstyle, but she's back to partying with old friends. On Aug. 2, Britney showed up after 2 a.m. at Full Frontal at The Grand Star Jazz Club in LA, where she danced and chatted with Lindsay Lohan. Friends from Andy LeCompte's hair salon, where Britney got her new blond 'do earlier that day, joined the girls.

An insider tells Life & Style, "There was no craziness, just a lot of fun and dancing."

Britney and Lindsay stayed until the club closed, around 3 a.m. Lindsay tells Life & Style, "It was such fun!"

Lindsay Lohan is responding to allegations that she Twittered seeing Justin Timberlake cheat on girlfriend Jessica Biel earlier this week.

"So dark -- where's jb cheater?" are the words that appear on Lindsay's Twitter page, reportedly referring to Justin Timberlake's dancing at NYC hot spot Avenue on Monday night with another girl. (The post allegedly has an accompanying dark photo that proves the incident occurred.)

But Lindsay is denying that she posted the photo and wrote those words.

"I would not discuss my personal life, let alone someone else's, on the internet!" Lindsay tells Life & Style. Lindsay does confirm, however, that it is her Twitter page but says she didn't write those words. So was she hacked? "Clearly! Twitter needs to fix their s--t. I didn't write 'jb cheater!' What does that even mean? It's annoying."

And what does Avenue have to say about all this? "Celebrities that twitter about other celebrities will no longer be welcome at Avenue," says an Avenue Lounge spokesperson.

Ali Lohan seems to be following big sister Lindsay everywhere these days -- even into her closet. Ali stepped out wearing Lindsay's clothes on both May 4 and 6. "Ali is 15 going on 16 and dresses her age, so there are some outfits that just work," mom Dina Lohan tells Life & Style. "Ali looks up to her sister, as every younger sister does. Lindsay is very stylish -- a style icon." In fact, as Ali continues to embark on an entertainment and fashion career of her own, mom Dina says she's got the perfect teacher. "Lindsay is a good person to have watch over Ali right now," insists Dina. "Lindsay can show Ali the ropes. Ali's out there working on her record and singing career. She just did a photo shoot for a coffee table book that's coming out. She's got a lot of things going on. So it's good to have Lindsay around." And Lindsay doesn't appear to be distracting Ali from her schoolwork. "Ali is being home-schooled," says an insider, denying reports that the teen is a dropout. "And Lindsay doesn't take her 15-year-old sister to parties."

Lindsay Lohan would like to set the record straight:she and Jared Leto are not an item. "I never even saw Jared last night," Lindsay tells Life & Style. "It's bulls**t."

This in response to reports that Lindsay and former fling Jared were getting hot and heavy at the Nylon magazine and MySpace's Young Hollywood party at the Roosevelt Hotel on Monday night.

It looks like this starlet is still single!

Lindsay Lohan is addicted to a new drink, but at least it's not alcohol! The star has now been turning to Neuro energy drinks to quench her thirst. She isn't trying to hide it either. "I drink so much of it -- I love it," Lindsay tells Life & Style. "There are several kinds, including Neurogasm, which is for sex. But I don't need that one right now unfortunately," she said with a wink.

Lindsay has been spotted drinking Neurosonic, a mood-enhancing concoction that contains caffeine. Another fave may be Neurotrim, which is said to control appetite, increase metabolism and enhance the body's fat-burning capacity. The brand was definitely her drink of choice during a recent night out at LA hot spot Bardot. "I saw her driver tuck a bottle of something into his pocket before she went in," says an eyewitness." Lindsay said to him, 'You don't need to hide it. It's just my Neuro.'"

Lindsay Lohan hit Las Vegas on April 18 for the opening night of Planet Hollywood's sexy new burlesque extravaganza, Peepshow. But the scantily clad women onstage were apparently the furthest thing from her mind. On April 15, Life & Style can exclusively reveal, Lindsay hooked up with a guy at a house party in LA. "His name is Chris Jepson, and he's British," an insider close to the 22-year-old star tells Life & Style. "Lindsay's mom, Dina, has even met him. He seems like a good guy. Lindsay's family is very happy she's moved on from Samantha Ronson."

At the party, Lindsay certainly didn't seem broken up about her split with Sam. "At one point, she took Chris' hand and disappeared into the bathroom with him for 45 minutes," says a partygoer. "People were knocking on the door, but she wouldn't come out."

Lindsay first met her new man at a recent bar mitzvah in London, where Chris works as a manager at Bungalow 8. He flew to LA the day of the house party to be with Lindsay, "but they had been texting for weeks," says a second insider.

Things are quickly going from bad to worse for Lindsay Lohan. Since being dumped by girlfriend Samantha Ronson in early April, Lindsay's been on what appears to be a self-destructive binge of partying, tears and breakdowns. The 22-year-old star -- who went to rehab three different times in 2007 to address substance-related issues -- looks frighteningly frail in recent photos and has been spotted hopping from nightclub to nightclub, often until the early-morning hours.

"Lindsay always goes back to her bad habits when she's in a bad place," admits a friend of hers, without confirming whether Lindsay is drinking or using drugs. "She's definitely lonely."

Don't believe the hype -- Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are still on. Phew!

Rumors swirled about a late-night booty call with Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford (Linds was spotted going over to Chace's apartment at 6 a.m. on Feb. 16), but Lindsay tells Life & Style there was nothing romantic about her visit.

"It's not true. I am happy with Samantha. Chace is a mutual friend of ours. It was just a bunch of people hanging out, nothing more."

In fact, Lindsay had made a very public outing with Chace, Emile Hirsch, model May Anderson and others at a late-night dinner at NYC hot spot Southern Hospitality before heading off to several parties.

Lindsay later caught up with her crew at Chace's place, where everyone said their goodbyes, as she was jetting back to LA. (She had been in town for New York Fashion Week.) Says Linds of the 6 a.m. visit, "It was just a bunch of people hanging out, nothing more. I'm back home with my girl now."

Who says Valentine's Day is only on the 14th!
