Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart helped Twilight win best movie romance and best kiss at the 2009 Teen Choice awards on Aug. 9. But things are even steamier between the two leads offscreen. After spending two difficult months apart while they worked on different projects 3,000 miles away from each other, on Aug. 5 the co-stars reunited for five blissful days in LA -- and their romance was instantly back on. "From the way they act, it's clear that Rob and Kristen are together -- and in love," says an insider who witnessed the meet-up. "It seems that they can't stay away from each other."

Robert and Kristen's five-day PDA fest shocked more than just their die-hard fans. "I saw the pictures -- getting in cabs together, going for lunch," Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie Hale in Twilight, said to Rob during their Alaska Airlines flight from LA to Vancouver on Aug. 10. "I thought you were going to keep it undercover?"

Confirming his relationship with Kristen, Rob whispered for Nikki to keep her voice down. But it appears there's just no hiding the love between him and Kristen, especially now that they're reunited for the 10-week Eclipse shoot. "Rob likes interesting, smart girls," Justin Chon, who plays high school student Eric Yorkie in the Twilight saga, tells Life & Style. "I think once he finds the right girl, Rob's a real relationship kind of guy."

Kristen chopped her locks and dyed them black for her role as rocker Joan Jett in The Runaways. So what's the plan to get Bella's thick burgundy 'do back by the time Eclipse begins filming on Aug. 17? "To get that pigment out is going to be very difficult," the Twilight cast's colorist, Stuart Gavert of Beverly Hills' Gavert Atelier Salon, tells Life & Style about Kristen's dark hue. "I'd bleach her hair to remove the color, then condition it and match it to the weave she wears in the film."

Taylor Lautner isn't the only one who's bulked up for the Twilight franchise. "I'm putting on a lot of weight as fast as I can, going to the gym and doing fight training and a lot of stunt work," Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, tells Life & Style about what he's been up to since reporting to the Vancouver set. Ditto for Jackson Rathbone, who stars as Jasper Cullen: "Right now we're choreographing [the fights] and working out," he tells Life & Style. Even the girls are in on the action. "I have muscle in my arms!" says Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie Cullen.

Love is proving to be a battlefield for Kristen Stewart. First she ditched her longtime boyfriend for her hunky Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson -- which infuriated her best friend and Rob's onetime hookup, Nikki Reed. Then when Kristen, 19, and Rob, 23, were finally free to be together, work tore them apart: While she's shooting the Joan Jett biopic The Runaways in LA, he's on the NYC set of Remember Me getting flirty with leading lady Emilie de Ravin.

As if all that weren't enough, now a member of Rob's family in London is warning the actor to steer clear of Kristen. "I don't think it would be a good idea for Robert to be in a serious relationship with Kristen," his aunt Diana Nutley tells Life & Style in an exclusive interview.

Robert Pattinson's strained relationship with his sometime love Nikki Reed is creating awkward moments for the New Moon co-stars off set too. Rob seemed irked when Nikki crashed his night out with castmates Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene and a few other friends at Boneta Restaurant in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 13. "When Nikki arrived, Robert didn't get up to say hi," says an eyewitness. Rob ignored Nikki most of the night as he chatted up her pal Sage "Cecil" Dills and the rest of the cast. Then after finishing his glass of wine 10 minutes before midnight, Rob made his goodbye rounds, giving big hugs to everyone -- except Nikki. "He gave her a weak high-five as she tried to put on a big smile," continues the onlooker, "but Rob just wasn't having it."

When the cameras are away, the New Moon stars will play! The cast came out to support fellow castmate Jackson Rathbone and his band, 100 Monkeys, when they played at the Vancouver, British Columbia, club Backstage Lounge on April 14. Although they were bombarded by Twilight fans, the group seemed to enjoy its time away from the set.

"Kellan Lutz, Taylor Lautner, Peter Facinelli, Nikki Reed, Kristen Stewart and Ashley Greene were all there to cheer Jackson on," an eyewitness tells Life & Style.

And they did more than cheer: It seemed like everyone was happy to have a break from shooting -- and some of them let their guard down. Explains the eyewitness, "Taylor was preoccupied with a tall brunette. They were really into each other, dancing very close. She grabbed his crotch numerous times!"

Meanwhile, Nikki Reed was doing some flirting of her own. Says the witness, "Nikki was definitely into one of Jackson's bandmates. While they were performing, she reached onstage and grazed his crotch with her hand. He quickly jumped back with a startled look on his face."

And Ashley Greene seems to have found love! "Ashley was there with actor Ian Somerhalder, who appears to be her new boyfriend," the witness says. "The two seemed really happy and kissed throughout the show!"

Nikki Reed's late-night rendezvous with Robert Pattinson, her hunky co-star in Twilight and New Moon, in Vancouver, British Columbia, on March 29 ended with her flying home to LA the next morning. But distance didn't seem to make Rob's heart grow fonder. Since Nikki's return to the New Moon set in Canada on April 8, Rob has been playing it cool with the actress as he continues to explore other romantic prospects -- including Nikki's onetime BFF, Twilight leading lady Kristen Stewart, whom he'd like to spend more time with. "Rob's been flirting with everyone on set in front of Nikki, even though they've been sleeping together," an insider says. "It's causing tension."

While the duo were on the same page when they began their passionate affair on the set of Twilight, things have changed for Rob as his star has risen. While he still views their fling as a casual hookup, Nikki hopes it will bloom into a full-fledged romance. "Rob knows Nikki's not the one for him, but he still goes back to her and leads her on," the insider says. "She thinks he'll come around and they can be a legitimate couple, but Robert is determined to enjoy his new fame -- and all that comes with it."
