Their names are Charlie Tamara Tulip and Dolly Rebecca Rose , and yes, they're twins, and they were born Dec. 28 to Rebecca Romijn and hubby Jerry O'Connell.

And how did the world find out about them? Howard Stern broke the news on his Sirius radio show this morning.

"They had twin girls, Dolly and Charlie," Stern said. "Rebecca likes Dolly Parton, so they named the one after Dolly Parton, and Jerry got to name the other one Charlie, but his brother's name is Charlie — and it's a girl Charlie."

Actor Coby Bell (Jason Pitts in The CW's The Game) and his wife Avis welcomed a second set of twins into their home on Dec. 2, Life & Style has learned exclusively.

Daughter Quinn weighed in at 5 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19 inches long. Son Eli was 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long. They were born one minute apart at California's Long Beach Memorial Hospital.

Coby and Avis' first set of twins, daughters Jaena and Serrae, are 5 years old. "We're not getting any sleep," Coby tells Life & Style, "but we are extremely happy people."
