Where to see him: Lucky for us, Joseph's in two hit movies this summer: action flick G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and (500) Days of Summer with one of his real life best friends, Zooey Deschanel!!

Why we love him: We first spotted this cutie when he starred in the movie 10 Things I Hate About You (He played Cameron, now played by Nicholas Braun on the ABC Family show!), and have had a major crush on him ever since! Since then, Joseph has starred in numerous indie films before finally breaking out in a big way this summer with two hit flicks! Not only is he an intellectual -- he studied French at Columbia University -- he also plays guitar, like many of our other hot guys of the week!

He talks about... the dance sequence in (500) Days of Summer: "There's a pretty solid argument that that was the best day of my life so far. I mean I grew up like the rest of us, watching Michael Jackson videos and being like 'Oh, that's the coolest thing!' like to be dancing in front of a bunch of people like doing a dance and I never thought that I was gonna get to do that necessarily. The first time I watched the playback and saw that they were all doing the same thing that I was doing, I just started laughing. It's too funny. It was a beautiful day."

Name: Robert Hoffman

Age: 29

Where to see him: This dancing cutie plays Ashley Tisdale's boyfriend in the movie Aliens in the Attic, out now!

Why we love him: We've had our eye on Robert since She's The Man, where he competed with Channing Tatum (equally as swoon-worthy!) for Amanda Bynes' affection (lucky girl!) Our fave thing about Robert is obviously his incredible dance moves, which he displayed in Step Up 2: The Streets! Though he is a bit of a jokester (He snapped Ashley Tisdale's bra during a recent interview and both stars tweeted about it! LOL!), this cutie does have a sweet side. His favorite romantic movie is The Notebook and likes to pick white roses from outside his apartment to give to girls! To impress Robert a girl should wear "the right perfume," he spills exclusively to J-14. "Smell is more important than wardrobe to me!"

He talks about... taking ballet lessons: "I started in traditional tap, jazz and ballet classes at a small dance studio in Alabama. And then, when I started to realize, 'Okay, this is all I care about,' I went to a fine arts high school and studied really hard in classical ballet. I met this hip-hop dance crew, called the BMW Crew in Birmingham, Alabama, and I'd go breakdance with them on the street. And, I had a girl named Kim Wolf teaching me jazz. So, I did hip-hop, B-boying, jazz, tap and ballet."

Name: Austin Butler

Age: 17

Where to see him: Starring alongside Alexa Vega in ABC Family's rockin' new show Ruby and The Rockits, Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m and his new flick, Aliens in the Attic, which also stars Ashley Tisdale, invades theaters on July 31.

Why we love him: We think Austin has got what it takes to be the breakout TV and movie star of the summer! J-14 loves a musically-inclined guy, so it's no surprise that Austin plays piano and guitar, which plays on Ruby and the Rockits. We first noticed Austin when he appeared on iCarly and have had a crush on this blonde cutie ever since! His favorite TV show is The Office ( so funny!) and the band he's loving right now is Kings of Leon (an indie fave!). To snag Austin, you gotta be able to have a good conversation -- and looking like Megan Fox would help too (he named her his celeb crush!). Austin recently tweeted that a relaxing day for him includes signing Jason Mraz tunes with Ashley Tisdale! Did you know the two sometimes go hiking together? Too cute!

He talks about... dates: "A great date would be spending the day hanging out at the beach, and then at night getting dressed up and going to a fancy dinner. A really bad date for me would be if we were to go out, and not get along at all, and then we have to spend the rest of the date together."

Name: Freddie Stroma

Age: 22

Where to see him: As Quidditch stud Cormac McLaggen in the hottest movie of the summer, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, where he tries to woo Hermione (Emma Watson).

Why we love him: Of course we love Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint, but we couldn't take our eyes off Freddie -- we were so jealous of Hermione! Just like Robby P. before him, Freddie is a total scene-stealer and the breakout star of HP6. This British former model is super athletic (he plays rugby) and has a big sweet tooth (see the chocolate scene in the movie!). Unfortunately, this hottie does have a girlfriend, but we still love him anyway and totally think he can become the next heartthrob a la Rob! With those dimples and curly blonde locks, he won't need any spells to make the girls swoon!

He talks about... being a romantic: "I like to think that I'm a romantic type of person, but I'm a realistic romantic. For me it's the sweet gestures like the little things in life that I can do when I am with someone. It's just about constantly reminding them how much they mean to me. Saying the 'L-word' everyday, that's the one that everyone is terrified of, but don't need to be."

Age: 23

Where to see him: He plays bad boy Patrick Verona on ABC Family's latest series 10 Things I Hate About You, Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT

Why we love him: Um, have you heard that voice?! That alone is totally swoon-worthy! A self-described dork, Ethan was kicked off sports teams in high school because he played in the symphony and was auditioning all the time! (How HSM's Troy Bolton of him!) This tall brooding actors is a legacy in Hollywood -- his grandfather, the late Gregory Peck, was considered one of the top actors of his generation. Ethan's also a big gamer (Play Station 3 is his fave) and is totally obsessed with music. Plus -- did you know that Ethan was Mary-Kate Olsen's love interest in their movie Passport to Paris, where he had to use a French accent?!

He talks about... how he's like (or unlike!) his character: "I'm different because I am not and never was a bad boy. I don't drive a motorcycle. I guess I will begin to on the show! In a lot of ways, in high school, I was very much an outsider and never really felt like I fit into any particular clique or group and so I found myself solo very often."

Name: Jamie Campbell Bower

Age: 20

Where to see him: You may recognize him from the 2007 movie musical, Sweeney Todd (yes, he sings!) -- and come this November, Jamie will take a bite out of the role of bad vamp, Caius, a member of the Volturi Family in The Twilight Saga: New Moon

Why we love him: Jamie could very well be the next Rob Pattinson... they're both British, musically inclined (he's the lead singer and guitarist for the band The Darling Buds who are playing tonight in London!), and totally crush-worthy! Another thing that have in common? Harry Potter! Jamie will join the HP crew for the seventh film as the younger version of Gellert Grindelwald. Jamie is goofy, laid-back and totally lovable. Sigh, he's almost too good to be true. We can't wait to see more of Jamie, our pick as the next big thing!

He talks about... his love of performing: "I think I always sort of had the calling -- that sounds so generic and cheesy, but it's true! I always had the idea that I wanted to perform. I love being the center of attention and I always love talking about myself," he says with a laugh.

Where to see him: Um, in a little movie you might have heard of called Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Why we love him: Do we even need to explain? Shia has it all -- the looks, the bad-boy-gone-good vibe, the charisma, the acting skills, and the list just goes on! We fell in love with him back when he was on Disney's Even Stevens and now, we fell in love all over again in the latest Transformers, where he can still crack a good joke while being chased by evil robots trying to kill him. Shia is one of the most laidback celebs -- he's regularly seen riding his skateboard and bike and makes frequent shopping trips with his mom! Did you know that when he became successful, his first big purchase was a car for his mom? How cute is that?! But what is the best thing about Shia? He's single!

He talks about... his perfect girl: "Somebody who intrigues me and has a story I've never heard before. Beauty is good, but it doesn't last."
