We know for our birthdays, we'd ask Justin Timberlake to get back in the studio. Teaming up with Timbaland, Ciara, or Rihanna is great and all but we're ready (and have been patiently waiting) for "SexyBack: Part II"! But it's not our bdays today -- it's his! Happy birthday, Justin!

Three Fun Facts About Justin:
-One of JT's favorite snacks is Oreos (dipped in milk!) Yum, good choice Justin!
-His greatest fears include snakes, sharks, spiders, and being knocked unconscious by stuffed animals thrown at him during a concert.
-Justin got his first big break at age 11 when he was on Star Search -- before he met ex-flame Britney Spears on The Mickey Mouse Club and way before his *NSYNC days.

Rob Pattinson is pitching for a good cause. The actor was just tapped to be the London host for this Friday's Hope for Haiti Now telethon. Starting at 8 pm EST and running commercial-free for two hours, the telethon will be airing on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT.

Actor George Clooney organized the event to raise awareness and many of his famous friends are making an appearance on the telethon: Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Selena Gomez, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Bono, Shakira, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal, Brad Pitt, Anna Kendrick, Sandra Bullock, Zac Efron, Bradley Cooper, Renée Zellweger, Chris Pine, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Colin Farrell, Jon Hamm, Emily Blunt, and many more!

Most awards shows honor celebs in the TV, movies, and music world, but now TeenNick is presenting a brand new type of award -- one for teens just like you! TeenNick chairman Nick Cannon is hosting tonight's first ever TeenNick Halo Awards, and he's psyched about the honor!

"There are so many regular young people who are agents of change in their communities, and I wanted to recognize their efforts," says Nick. "One person can make a difference, and it's my hope that this special will encourage ongoing activism and inspire a new generation of leaders."

Joining Nick are four celebs -- Hayden Panettiere, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, and NBA player LeBron James -- who aren't receiving awards but giving them to teens who are "Helping And Leading Others" (HALO) by making big changes in the world through philanthropic causes. They'll even be a special message for the honorees -- Brryan Jackson of St. Louis, MO; Megan Kilroy of Santa Monica, CA; Darrius Snow of Atlanta; and Leah Stoltz of Long Island, NY -- from First Lady Michelle Obama!

TeenNick Halo Awards airs Friday, December 11, at 8 p.m. ET on TeenNick. An encore will air at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Nick at Nite.

Esmée Denters is a singer/ songwriter from The Netherlands, but she's no ordinary songstress - she was discovered on YouTube and became the very first artist Justin Timberlake signed to his new record label! Her debut album won't be out until early 2010, but we had to talk to Esmée before then! She filled J-14 in on her music, which song made Justin want to sign her, and being on Oprah!

J-14: Can you describe your sound for new listeners?
Esmée Denters: This album was really self-written songs, and it's about who I am as a person. I've been writing for over two years, trying to find what I wanted to do musically, and it came out to be a pop/R&B record. I got to collaborate with a lot of great people -- like Justin -- and I'm really happy and proud of it.

J-14: Why did you start posting videos on Youtube?
Esmée: "I started posting my first video over two years ago, and I did it randomly because I love to sing. I was curious about what other people would think, so I put up this cover video, and then people just started requesting song! I started doing these requests, which was a lot of fun to do, and then I guess people told their friends, and it just started spinning out of control and all these people were watching! I got all these emails, and then Justin Timberlake found me, and I got signed to his record label, which is even more crazy!

J-14: How did you meet Justin?
Esmée: "I met him for the first time at one of his concerts in his dressing room. He had a piano there, so I played and sang him "How Come You Don't Call Me," by Prince. I was really nervous. When I was finished, I saw a smile on his face, so that meant that he liked it. Afterwards I was signed!

J-14: Do you have a fave place to visit in the U.S. yet?
Esmée: I really love L.A. I like New York. I like Miami, but they all have there own different things. I love that in New York, you can just take the subway or walk and get anywhere. But I love the weather in L.A., and I love the beach in Miami. I can't really pick!

10:51PM: Some of you guys think Paramore should have won over Miley for Best Song from a flick! What is your favorite tune: Miley's "The Climb" or "Decode" by Paramore?

10:49PM: Jim Carrey wins for Yes, Man! He always cracks us up! Maybe he could give Rob and Kristen some pointers on their comedic timing ;)

10:48PM: If we had to give a Best Comedic Performance award to someone in Twilight, who would get it?

Justin Timberlake returns to TV -- and it's no Mickey Mouse Club this time! He's the executive producer of this new MTV reality game show called The Phone that will make you think twice next time you answer your cell!

The Phone premieres on MTV on Tuesday, April 21 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
