On January 12, a devastating earthquake hit Haiti. A week later, the Caribbean nation is still struggling to pick up the pieces. Nickelodeon is pitching in to try and help the residents of Haiti, where over half of the population is under 18-years-old.
Nick started a new site just for teens, letting you know how you can get involved. Visit The Big Help: Help Haiti for tons of ideas on how you can make a difference, including coordinating a fundraiser and supporting a relief organization.
True Jackson, VP'sKeke Palmer is joining Nickelodeon's cause as well. She took to her MySpace page to rally for help. "Please let's continue to pray for the people of Haiti," Keke wrote. "What has happened to their country is horrendous. Please, please, please keep them in your prayers. Also, you can make a donation to Wyclef Jean's organization for Haiti Relief on his site yele.org... I am so sorry about what has happened to [Wyclef's] beloved Haiti. My prayers are with him and all of the families devastated by this disaster."

iCarly's Miranda Cosgrove was psyched to welcome four very cute boys -- aka Big Time Rush's Carlos Pena, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Kendall Schdmit -- into the Nickelodeon family -- by challenging them to a hockey game! After the girls vs boys match-up, Miranda, True Jackson, VP's Ashley Argota, and The Troop's Gage Golightly, and Victoria Justice all hung out with the Big Time Rush boys and made this exclusive behind-the-scenes video at the Paramount Studio back lots just for you!
Big Time Rush is a new Nickelodeon comedy about four best friends who get the opportunity of a lifetime -- the chance to be part of the pop scene in L.A.! It's a big month for Keke Palmer! It's time for more Biebs! As if it wasn't enough that the second season of True Jackson, VP was starting up, singer Justin Bieber will be guest starring on the episode -- and he's even singing his hit song, "One Time"! In the brand new ep, called "True Concert," True (aka Keke Palmer) is trying to save her school's design department from budget cuts, and she gets Justin to agrees to perform at her fundraiser! Punk rock group Care Bears on Fire will appear in the ep too, singing their song "Everybody Else."
True Jackson's season premiere airs on Saturday, November 14 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT.

J-14 just hung out with Degrassi's Melinda Shankar (she plays Alli) and Sam Earle (KC)! The two flew down to New York City from Toronto for Nickelodeon's World Wide Day of Play. Nick is shutting off their programming from noon until 3 p.m. to encourage everyone to get outside!
To celebrate, Sean Kingston will be performing, and Melinda and Sam get to introduce him to the crowd. "I am so excited to meet Sean because I hear he's really nice!" Melinda tells J-14.
They may be TV stars, but Melinda and Sam enjoy spending time being active, too. "Since I was 3, I've been doing ballet and karate. I know it sounds like an awful mix, but somehow they help each other out! That's how I get out there and active," Melinda reveals. And Sam loves sports too -- he's played hockey since he was a kid, and he shocked Melinda by revealing that he took dance lessons as a little kid, too!
They're not the only stars getting in on the action -- Victoria Justice and True Jackson, VP's Keke Palmer are so excited for tomorrow that they also made an exclusive video just for J-14!

Yesterday we told you about Nathan Kress' scary first day of school, and True Jackson, V.P.'sKeke Palmer was nervous when she went to a new school, too! But Keke's experience turned out pretty awesome! Check out J-14's exclusive video to find what she did to turn a scary situation into a totally fun time.
Keke was psyched to talk about her prom-themed sweet 16 party to J-14! The big fiesta included photo booths, prom pictures, and a king and queen. Who was crowned queen? Keke of course! "I'm definitely that host-y type of personality," Keke tells J-14. I want people to come from that party saying, 'That was the most incredible party I've been to and I had the most fun.'"
But the party didn't last just one night - the next day, Keke and her friends headed over to Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA, and last night she saw Green Day live! That's some major celebrating, Keke!

Lucky reader, Meg Rojahn, won J-14's "Win A Nickelodeon Family Cruise" contest, and she was so excited to share her experience with other readers! From August 9-16, Meg and her fam joined True Jackson, VP's Keke Palmer, Ashley Argota, and Matt Shively on the Freedom of the Seas cruise around the Eastern Caribbean! Check out Meg's cruise diary below!
This ship is the biggest thing I've ever seen! We stayed on deck 8 (out of 14!) The ship has three pools, the Promenade with a Ben and Jerry's, an ice skating rink, a three-story dining room, and lots of lounges. I don't know how it floated!
After dinner in the dining room and a little exploring with my mom and two brothers, we went to the "Big First Day Show" -- that's when we first got to see Matt Shively and Ashley Argota! Matt said he was super excited for the inflatable slide at Coco Cay the next day. I didn't see him there, because I signed up for snorkeling instead of the slide, and I ended up seeing a stingray, lots of fish, and a cute baby shark! That night, I met Ashley! She was super nice and took a picture with all of us non-famous people who were talking outside of their karaoke booth -- she sang "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!"
On day three, we had an "Ultimate Nickelodeon Photo Op." We took pics with Dora, Diego, Spongebob Squarepants, and Patrick -- and then we got slimed! It tasted really bad but was so much fun! The next day, we decided to get ice cream on the pool deck, and we wound up walking right past Keke Palmer! She took a picture with me and gave me an autograph! Keke was looking for the ship's Johnny Rockets restaurant when we ran into her.
We went to San Juan, Puerto Rico, on day five, and my family saw an old church that was really neat, and later we watched Imagine That. But the coolest part of that day -- and possibly the coolest part of the trip -- was the big circus parade down the ship's promenade! The casts of all the ship's shows dressed up like animals and circus people! On day six, I went to a meet-and-greet for the cast of True Jackson, VP and Tom Kenny, the voice of Spongebob Squarepants, at 9:30 a.m. When I got to the front of the line, I saw Keke and Ashley -- and they both remembered me! Then I got to officially meet Matt for the first time. He is even cuter in real life! I gave him a big hug and took a picture with the three of them (that's me on the right!). Later that afternoon, we watched an episode of True Jackson with Ashley, Matt, and Keke -- it was awesome to get to hear them joke around in real life. We were in Nassau, Bahamas, on our last day. Mom and I went shopping, and I got a really pretty Tanzinite necklace. When we got back to the ship, we went to the pool, and mom went to get ice cream again -- and bumped into Matt! He signed my notebook, too. Ice cream turned out to be a good thing for us -- we met a Famous person each time!
I had such a great time and was so sad to see it end!

Do you remember your fave fam vacay? Have you ever had the chance to meet your fave TV stars?
Sailing on the Mariner of the Seas as part of the Nick Family Cruise was so much fun, we just had to ask Nathan Kress, Keke Palmer, and Jennette McCurdy what their absolute fave parts about being on the ship. J-14 just loved being out at sea (the water was so blue!). So what'd the Nick stars think of the high seas?
Nathan loved hanging with his bros. "Besides getting to meet the fans, the family time has been awesome. This is the first time my family has been together since the beginning of the year because [my brothers] are all going off to college and being counselors at summer camps. It's been a little bit of a mini reunion this week."
Like J-14, Keke loved just sailing! "My favorite part of the cruise was waking up every day, looking out the window, and seeing that I'm actually in a ship with water outside my window. That's just cool to wake up and see."
Jennette loved meeting iCarly fans. "The meet and greets were my favorite part. It's really amazing that all these people who come on the cruise show up [to meet us]. It stinks that it has to be so brief!"

J-14 ran into True Jackson, VP'sKeke Palmer right after breakfast at the Windjammer Cafe on the Nick Family Cruise, and she told us that she was excited to head off the boat. We were in Mazatlan, on the West Coast of Mexico, a tourist town full of beaches and small shops. When we met up with her back on the boat that afternoon, we totally understood why she was so psyched. Check out all the things she got to do in one day, plus what she had in store for the next day's excursion (hint: iCarly's Jennette McCurdy did this too!).

It's been an awesome week traveling from Los Angeles to Mexico and back again - Jennette and Keke both got to go on zip lines, explore Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta, and do meet and greets with Nick fans. Jennette looked sleepy and happy when we caught up with her after her zip line excursion - she went down 9 of them! We've hung out with all three Nick stars after their welcome show, between filming for Nick, and even checked out the awesome outfits the girls get to wear (I am completely jealous and ready to raid Jennette's closet). During their filming today, Keke and Jennette even broke out into song, belting out Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" - talk about a girl power anthem!

1- The Jonas Brothers official YouTube account was "suspended" temporarily on Saturday, but is now up and running again (and is now up to 3.3 million views and counting!).
2- Fan sites have been following Twilight star Rob Pattinson's every move for the last few months... but he finally got a few days of privacy as everyone wondered where in the world is Robby P.? Did he fly back to London and slip out without being spotted? Turns out, he'd actually been keeping a low profile in New York City and was caught again by cameras this afternoon enjoying the warm weather in the city with his longtime friend Tom Sturridge.
3- Kris Allen continued the American Idol tradition of singing the national anthem at the NBA finals less than an hour ago. Also in attendance at the game were Zac Efron, Rihanna, Diddy, Denzel Washington, Adam Levine, Will.I.Am, and Christopher Mintz Plasse. If you missed it, here's the clip:
5- Rumors are swirling about what really happened to Heidi Montag down in Costa Rica during the filming of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here. Stay tuned for details.
6- The Nickelodeon stars all got together too for a big photo shoot, with Keke Palmer, Miranda Cosgrove, and Victoria Justice all in attendance.
7- The Young Hollywood Awards are just about to start out in L.A.

It's Katie -- I'm one of the interns here at J-14! Yesterday was my first day and I got to meet my one of my fellow summer interns, Kristinia DeBarge! Yup, as in the singer behind the hit song, "Goodbye." She's going to be a virtual J-14 intern for the summer with me!
She was so sweet and she even sang for us and blew everyone away! I got a sneak peek of her music video for "Goodbye," which was totally rockin' and made me love the song even more! (P.S. If you haven't heard "Goodbye" yet, you need to download it right now!)
She said that most of the people in her video were her friends and two of the girls dancing with her were her cousins! The video will be coming out soon so make sure you keep an eye out for it and check it out! Kristinia also told us that she is friends with Keke Palmer and she was so excited when she saw Keke in J-14!
Singer Justin Bieber also stopped by and Kristinia's first task as the J-14 intern was to interview him! She did great and he was so funny! Kristinia brought some copies of her CD along with her and Justin asked her if it was free! She was such a sweetheart and signed if for him!

Keke Palmer had a totally embarrassing moment at the 17 Again movie premiere thanks to her dad! She wrote on her Myspace:
So Embarrassed! Last night I went to the movie premiere of Zac Efron's movie 17 Again and it was really good! I had a lot of fun, but it would have been better if my dad had not brought his camera because he really embarrassed me.
We were sitting in our seats waiting for the movie to start and Nick Jonas comes and sits right next to me. Now I have met all of the Jonas Brothers before on many different occassions. I even knew them before they were so famous so I am not all hyped up to see them or anything like that, congratulations to them but I was not trying to take a picture with them or anyone for that matter, just came to watch the movie.
Well, when my dad had other plans, he whips out his camera and yells, 'hey Nick can I get a picture of you with Keke', I could have died, first of all he made me sound like a groupie, and second of all right after the picture Nick got up and moved like we were bothering him!
That's cool, but again I did not want a picture with him or anyone in that room, it was my dad and this is not the first time he has embarrassed me in this way..
Once when we were at the KCA's about 2 years ago we saw a very famous person bigger than the Jonas Brothers, and my dad yelled, 'hey my daughter Keke loves you'! I could have died because he not only told this famous person but everyone else in the room!!
