The wait is finally over -- ring in 2010 with brand new episodes of The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Make It or Break It on ABC Family. Both shows premiere on Monday, January 4, starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

On the first new episode of Secret Life, called "You Don't Know What You've Got..." both Amy (Shaliene Woodley) and her mom (Molly Ringwald) escape their crazy lives by taking their babies and going on vacation... leaving tons of problems back home.

Meanwhile, on Make It or Break It, the episode "The Eleventh Hour," has the girls celebrating their big win at nationals while Payson (Ayla Kell) struggles with her back injury and all the problems that come with it.

Make It or Break It premieres tonight and J-14 caught up with cast members Ayla Kell, Cassie Scerbo, Chelsea Hobbs, and Josie Loren and asked them which celeb they would take to a school dance.

Sounds like Alya and Cassie might have to fight over Johhny Depp! ;-)

Do you watch Make It or Break It?

Good news The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Make It or Break It fans! The shows will premiere one week earlier than originally announced -- now on Monday, January 4 on ABC Family.

And now joining them will be Greek, so it'll be three original new ABC Family shows all back to back (to back!).

This just in! Fans of the ABC Family show Make It or Break It, mark your calendars! The show returns for its second season Monday, January 4 at 9PM ET/PT! The super sweet Josie Loren (who plays gymnast Kaylie Cruz on the show!) stopped by the J-14 offices yesterday and spilled to us how excited she is to start filming the second season in just a couple weeks!

Josie hasn't seen the script yet but told us exclusively what she wants to happen to her character in season two: "I hope that Kaylie gets a really cool, really hot love interest who she flirts with in front of Carter to make him really, really jealous," Josie revealed to us. "I think she needs to make him suffer a little bit more! In terms of her personally, I think she needs to take some time to herself. She needs to repair her relationships with her parents -- especially her mom."

Who are your walls plastered with? Do you watch Make It or Break It?

J-14 recently chatted with Cassie Scerbo, who plays Lauren in the new ABC Family gymnastics show, Make it or Break It. She told us about her character, the intense training she had to go through, and how she thought Edward Cullen bit her in her sleep!

J-14: Can you tell us a little bit about your character, Lauren?

Cassie: Lauren's not very nice. She's definitely a drama maker, but at the same time, even though she's very mean, she is probably the most vulnerable of all the girls. She is very cut throat and passionate about gymnastics to the point where she does some bad things and acts off of her impulses. The reason she comes off so mean is because she has so many different issues going on in her life.

J-14: Are there any ways that you can relate to her character?

Cassie: There aren't many ways I really relate, but I have to say the one way we do relate is that she's very passionate about what she does. She's a fighter for what she loves and what she does and that's how I am.

J-14: What was training for the show like?

Cassie: The training was pretty difficult. We trained for about three months before we started shooting. Our personal trainer and the stunt coordinator had us on Venice Beach in California, running through the sand, doing pull ups and chin ups, and just strengthening our arms and our legs. It was pretty hardcore!

J-14: Do you have a background in gymnastics?

Cassie: I have the tiniest bit of a gymnastics background, but I'm a huge athlete. I'm actually a huge tomboy.

J-14: Have you read Twilight?

Cassie: Yes -- I'm addicted!

J-14: Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Cassie: I'm Team Edward, but you know what? I'm gonna admit, Taylor Lautner, for his age, woo -- he's looking amazing! Like where did these muscles come from? I was a little flush when I saw the pictures I must admit. I totally think he's a little cutie! But Edward just stole my heart. I love Rob Pattinson and I love his little grungy, rugged hot boy edge.

J-14: Did you read all the books or just saw the movie?

Cassie: I read the first book. I'm on the second book. I'm counting down the days to New Moon. I am a huge fan of Twilight -- you don't even understand! When we were filming the pilot for Make It or Break It, I forgot to lock my apartment door and I came home one night and I was like, "Oh my God, I forgot to lock my apartment door!" I went to sleep that night and when I woke up the next morning and I had a little cut on my neck and I swore that Edward, since I left my door open during the day, came to my apartment and bit me in my sleep! So that only says how much I was obsessed with Twilight! And like obviously, I know he probably didn't, but in my heart, in my own world, I'm just going to pretend!
