Reports are surfacing that this morning one of Miley Cyrus' tour buses flipped over on a highway in Virginia killing the bus driver and injuring nine others. Although this is apparently the bus that Miley always rides in, she was not on the bus at the time.

UPDATE: Officials are now saying the bus that flipped over was part of a four bus caravan and Miley was on another bus that was not involved in the crash -- the tour's lighting crew was on the bus that flipped.

Fourteen people were are board including the driver, who passed away. Authorities are investigating if the driver actually died at the steering wheel which then caused the bus to lose control and flip. Only one other person was sent to the hospital for injuries.

Reports also say that the highway was extremely slick and wet from overnight rain.

Team Edward? Team Jacob? Nah! While the rest of the world has New Moon fever, Miley Cyus hasn't caught the disease! (New Moon-itis?!)

"I've never seen it and nor will I ever," Miley says. "I don't like vampires. I don't like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I'm watching my TV at night. I don't like it. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts. I don't like any of it."

One things for sure, Miley won't be rushing to the theater this Friday when New Moon finally comes out. "I feel really lame because everyone's, like, so excited," she says. "I'm like, 'Don't even talk about it.'"

Miley Cyrus spent all summer in Tybee Island, GA filming her new flick The Last Song with her rumored new BF, Liam Hemsworth -- and J-14's got your first look at the trailer!

(Psst! The song that plays at the very end will be Miley's new single "When I Look at You" from her album Time of Our Lives.)

The movie hits theaters on April 2, 2010.

Are you going to see The Last Song? Do you think Miley and Liam are dating in real life?

Everlife released their EP, At the Love Library, last April, but the singing sisters have been in the band together for over 10 years! Julia, Amber, and Sarah Ross stopped by the J-14 offices to fill us in on life after The Cheetah Girls and Miley Cyrus tours!

J-14: How would you describe your sound today?
Amber Ross: Our sound is a mix of pop-rock music blended with three part harmony vocals. Everyone always tells us you can't beat sibling harmony, so I guess that's a good thing! We like to keep things really organic with our sound, mixing that with pop.

J-14: Is there any sibling rivalry on the road?
Sarah Ross: We really are best friends. Julia was eight, I was 11, and Amber was 13 when we started touring and traveling. It's pretty crazy! We've been together on the road together so we know how to push each other's buttons, and we definitely do fight, but we get over it so quick that it never lasts.
Amber: I said this morning that we love hard, but we also fight hard. We don't have a lot of middle ground on anything. We're extreme.

J-14: What are your fave tracks off At the Love Library?
Julia Ross: Mine is "Attention." My dad and I wrote it together about some particular girl that we didn't like -- well that he liked but I didn't like! It has a lot of angst and soul to it.
Amber: Mine is "Resistance." We were trying to write something with girl power. It ended up that at the end of our songwriting session, we were writing a song to the three of us. It's about the importance of being united within what we're doing. When you're united for a common cause, you're on the same page and you're being a positive reinforcement to each other.
Sarah: There are two songs from our previous record, Everlife that we did with Disney that we redid, and one of the songs is called "Goodbye." I love the version on the record that we had - a full band, really rocked out. Then we redid it really chill, with a more soulful kind of feeling. I like it.

J-14: Who are your biggest musical influences?
Amber:We grew up with a lot of Cream and Aerosmith. U2, who we just saw live. That was great -- they are so good! Such good music.
Sarah: We also dig matchbox20 and Maroon 5. We were little kids when they first came out, and they've been around for a long time.
Julia: Right now Owl City is huge for us -- the song "Fireflies" is incredible.

J-14: What was touring with Miley Cyrus like?
Sarah: When we started working with Disney, it was right before Miley had gotten signed and her old sister Brandi had actually lived with us for a year and a half, so we knew the family really well.
Julia: I was actually just in L.A,. hanging with Miley and Brandi. Their whole family is really down-to-earth and sweet. We were just driving around, and one of the paparazzi guys was like, 'Hey Miley, can you tweet about Millions of Milkshakes?' And she's like, 'How about we just go down there and I'll help your business." That's the reason she went there.

14-year-old singer/songwriter Jessarae stopped by the J-14 offices to tell us all about his music, what his parents think of his tunes, and his secret celeb crush!

J-14: How would you describe your sound?
Jessrae: It's singer-songwriter with an edge. It has a little bit of pop in it but it's a little funkier.

J-14: Who are you influenced by?
Jessarae: When I started playing guitar and writing songs, I mainly listened to Damien Rice. His music is kind of down, but he's still my favorite. My parents went to dinner one time and they came back and I was like, 'Guys, I have a new song for you. You have to hear it!' So I sat them down and started playing this song -- and it had to be like ten minutes long -- and I was just sitting there singing 'Why did you have to die, die, die?' My dad's cracking up with tears, and I thought he was crying like he felt it, because I was feeling it so much, but he was laughing because I was a ten-year-old singing this song about a lost love that you've been with for your whole life!

J-14: A lot of your songs are about love - is that what influences you the most when you write?
Jessarae: It's more of a spur-of-the-moment thing. Whatever mood I'm feeling at the time, whether it's happy or funky or kind of sad. I add stuff that hasn't happened and stuff that has and kind of mix them in to what I feel. It's hard for me to write a lot of these songs because it's so heavy on me. Every time I sing it, like my soul pours out into it, but I love it.

J-14: How were you discovered?
Jessarae: It happened when I was singing in the dentist office. I wasn't actually even going to go to the dentist that morning because it was really early, but my mom made me. I was just singing and playing guitar for a few songs, and this guy came over and wanted to hear me sing. So I sang three songs for him and as he's sitting there listening to me with his dentist mask on!

J-14: How do you balance school with your music?
Jessarae: I'm in 9th grade at a very musical school, so we sort of work as partners with them. They give me work ahead of time. They're happy for me [at the school] because they see how hard I work. It's always been my thing to be a musician. It's in my family - my mom's a musician, and so are my grandpa and my great-grandpa.

J-14: Who's your celeb crush?
Jessrae: I don't know if I really have a crush right now.
Jessarae's Mom: When you were young it was Miley Cyrus!

Miley Cyrus recently had to cancel a few of her concert dates because she was feeling ill. What exactly was causing her to feel sick? According to her Hannah Montana costar and pal Cody Linley, Miley was sick with H1N1, formerly known as the "swine flu."

In 2009, 1.5 million people will be diagnosed with cancer -- and of those, 10,730 will be children under the age of 14. So Miley Cyrus, Jesse McCartney, and Demi Lovato are joining forces to help fight the disease.

The three singer-actors will be performing at the second annual Concert of Hope on Sunday, October 25 at the Nokia Theatre at L.A. LIVE in Downtown Los Angeles. The concert will benefit life-saving cancer research and treatment programs at City of Hope.

Just call Selena Gomez a triple threat! She's got acting and singing under belt, and now the Disney starlet is following in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus and Hilary Duff -- she's now a fashion designer, too!

Selena's all about going green, so it's no surprised the line that she's co-designing will be eco-friendly and boho-chic. Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez will be full of dresses, floral-print tops, jackets, jeans, skirts, and accessories, and should hit stores next fall. That's right -- not 'til 2010! That's some wait!

"Growing up in Texas, I was sort of close-minded and kind of a tomboy, but as I've traveled, I found such a love of clothes," Selena says. "It's really always been a dream of mine to have a line."

Selena says the fabrics will be "eco-friendly and organic," and all of the pieces will be "easy to dress up or down," plus they'll have some very important words on them. "The tags will all have some of my inspirational quotes on them," Selena explains. "I'm just looking to send a good message."

Can't wait to see what Selena's clothes look like -- and say!

Just a few hours after J-14 talked exclusively with Miley Cyrus' big brother, Metro Station's Trace Cyrus, about her deleting her Twitter account, Miley posted this rap video explaining exactly why she quit.

Watch especially closely for what she has to say about other famous Twitter users like Katy Perry, Dane Cook, Demi Lovato, and Britney Spears.

On Thursday, Miley Cyrus sent the Twitter-verse into a Trending Topic meltdown when she deleted her account. Yes, that's right -- Miley Cyrus is no longer on Twitter!

The drama continued today as her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, asked her to rejoin the social networking site publicly on Twitter.

And just a few hours ago, J-14 chatted exclusively with another member of the Cyrus clan, Metro Station's Trace Cyrus, to get his thoughts on his lil' sister's big decision. Trace's band is currently on tour with Miley and dished about the whole situation to j14.com exclusively.

J-14: Were you surprised what a huge deal it was when your sister Miley Cyrus deleted her Twitter account?

Trace Cyrus: I totally understand why it's a big deal. Kids want to feel like they can communicate with their favorite artist -- they feel like they're missing something now. Miley got rid of her Twitter.

J-14: Everyone's speculating different reasons, but do you know why she did it?

Trace: I think she just wants to be more free in life. She said it to me the best that I could have heard anyone say it -- she said she wants to live her life more than tweet about it, which completely makes sense to me. If she's spending all her time on the computer just talking about what she's doing, there's so much more life out there to live. When she said that to me, it really all made sense.

J-14: Do you feel the same way? Will you be deleting your account?

Trace: I'm hanging onto mine. I haven't felt like it's taken over my time too much yet. I still feel like I have some control over my life. I'm trying to be good about it.

J-14: Your dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, has really been trying to get Miley back on Twitter -- he event tweeted about it!

Trace: My dad -- he shocks me with that! I think it's the first Web site he's been able to use ever -- at all. He's just trying to keep the whole world on it! Like with MySpace and everything, my dad didn't even know what that was. And then all of a sudden, Twitter came around and he was taking pictures of my new tattoos and posting them and I was like, what's going on? I've never seen this happen before! My dad's just now getting into the 21st century.

J-14: Even your youngest sister Noah is part of the Twitter world?

Trace: Noah's on it too. Noah's the next star of the family for real. She has a crazy personality for a 9-year-old. She's always on it saying different stuff. She's on there going live on Ustream sometimes. She's out there trying to make a name for herself, even at a young age.

J-14: But don't you worry about her online like that at age 9?

Trace: I definitely do -- I see the things that people say on there. As much good as there is out there, there's always going to be just as much evil. She's young and I don't want anything to hurt her too much, but I think growing up in this kind of family, I think she's smart enough to know what to read and what to take to heart and what's she should let roll off her shoulders. She does it on her own, but she also has some people help her.

J-14: What do you think it is about Twitter that makes your family -- and the entire world -- so intrigued by it?

Trace: I really don't know what it is about Twitter. I think MySpace and Facebook seemed to be the thing before that. I remember when Twitter came out, Blake, my keyboard player in my band got it and I kept saying that I'm not going to get a Twitter -- I'm not going to do it. And now I'm on Twitter way more -- I hardly even get on MySpace anymore. You feel like you're part of that person's day. If you feel like you know what they're doing, you feel that much closer to the person. I think it's way more intimate and personal than any other Web site that they've had out.

J-14: Do you feel like you can be free with your @replies to your friends or do you feel like you have to monitor it because the world can see it?

Trace: I definitely monitor what I say to people. Like if you're talking to a girl that you're interested in, you're definitely not going to be saying what you'd say to her in a text message. You definitely have to monitor what you say!

Yesterday Miley Cyrus threatened that she was going to delete her Twitter account by tweeting: "FYI Liam doesn't have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason."

(Remember, it's rumored that Miley is dating her The Last Song costar, Liam Hemsworth.)

And low and behold today, Miley officially deleted her Twitter account! If you go to her Twitter page @mileycyrus, it says, "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!"

But despite other reports, the only other family member to also delete her Twitter account is Miley's mom, Tish. Her sisters Noah and Brandi, brothers Trace and Braison, and dad Billy Ray still have their Twitter accounts.

Think it's too early to make Halloween plans? No way -- the first week of October is almost over! Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale have already Tweeted away their Halloween plans -- Miley wants to be Pocahontas, and Ashley's going to dress up as Alice in Wonderland.

Talk about keeping it in the Disney family. But who will be Miley's John Smith -- her ex-BF Nick Jonas or her Last Song costar Liam Hemsworth? Hmm...

Miley Cyrus has been Twittering for days about feeling sick -- she even had to take a 15 minute break during her September 29 show in Salt Lake City before she could finish performing! Luckily Miley's illness isn't too bad -- the singer is suffering from a case of strep throat. Miley's lil sis Noah Cyrus has been nursing her back to health with popsicles, and she's been relaxing by watching Disney cartoons like The Little Mermaid, Pocahontas, and Sleeping Beauty.

Famous friends like Ashley Tisdale, Demi Lovato, and Mitchel Musso have all sent Miley get better wishes.

Two of Miley's Wonder World tour dates have been rescheduled -- tonight's October 2nd show in Omaha has been moved to October 13th, and Kansas City's October 3rd show has been pushed to October 17th. Paperless tickets will be honored for both dates.

This just in! Sources close to Miley Cyrus tell J-14 that her new movie The Last Song, which was originally scheduled to come out in January 2010, is now being released on April 2, 2010.

Miley spent all summer on Tybee Island, Georgia filming the flick. (Remember, her and Nick Jonas were spotted jet skiing around the island!) And more recently, it's been rumored that Miley's been getting super-close to her Last Song co-star Liam Hemsworth.

Miley's been showing the trailer for the movie during her Wonder World tour and just released the song and music video for "When I Look At You" from the movie.
