The wait is finally over -- ring in 2010 with brand new episodes of The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Make It or Break It on ABC Family. Both shows premiere on Monday, January 4, starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

On the first new episode of Secret Life, called "You Don't Know What You've Got..." both Amy (Shaliene Woodley) and her mom (Molly Ringwald) escape their crazy lives by taking their babies and going on vacation... leaving tons of problems back home.

Meanwhile, on Make It or Break It, the episode "The Eleventh Hour," has the girls celebrating their big win at nationals while Payson (Ayla Kell) struggles with her back injury and all the problems that come with it.

J-14 was SO lucky to be one of the few invited to go ice skating recently with The Secret Life of the American Teenager stars Shailene Woodley, Ken Baumann, and Francia Raisa at the Rockefeller Center ice skating rink in NYC. Since everyone was decked out in their finest (and warmest!) holiday attire, we had to ask the stars their favorite holiday memory:

Good news The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Make It or Break It fans! The shows will premiere one week earlier than originally announced -- now on Monday, January 4 on ABC Family.

And now joining them will be Greek, so it'll be three original new ABC Family shows all back to back (to back!).

She plays Amy Juergens on the hit ABC Family series The Secret Life of the American Teenager and today, Shailene Woodley celebrates her 18th bday! Happy Birthday, Shailene!

Fun Facts About Shailene:
- In her spare time, this actress loves to cook! One of her favorite dishes to make? Fried tofu with stir-fried vegetables and biscuits. Sounds delish!
- In an exclusive interview with J-14, Shailene dished about her costar, Daren Kagasoff who plays bad boy Ricky on the show. "He is actually shy. I mean not with me, not with all the other cast members 'cause we're all really close but he is a pretty shy person."
- Shailene's a big fan of the Twilight books. Her Twi-status? Team Edward!

The cast of The Secret Life of the American Teenager -- including Shaliene Woodley, Daren Kagasoff, Ken Baumann, Francia Raisa, Greg Finely, Megan Park, and India Eisley -- has teamed up with DoSomething.com to collect 1,000,000 pounds of food by December 15th.

Yesterday The Secret Life of the American Teenager star Daren Kagasoff dished to us that he'd love to take Miley Cyrus to a prom!

Today his costars Ken Baumann and Greg Finley are up! You can totally tell in this video that Ken and Greg are actually good friends in real life. We love how Ken had to help Greg pick his dream celeb ;-) (Take notice of the way they say Hayden Panettiere's last name -- too cute!)

Fun Facts About Daren:
-The role of Ricky was his first big break and one of his first auditions -- he was handpicked by Secret Life's producer Brenda Hampton out of hundreds of other actors!
-Before Secret Life, Daren was a star baseball player!
-Daren told J-14 that his favorite snacks on set are Jolly Ranchers from craft services. He uses gum to keep his breath fresh in between takes, too! "I'm always kissing girls, so I'm always putting gum in my mouth and spitting it out before we shoot," he spilled to us.

Did someone say Secret Life of the American Teenager Marathon (phew, that's a mouthful)? Yes, please! ABC Family is running not just one, but two huge blocks of Secret Life this summer as part of "Campus Crush," a 10-day long marathon of some of your fave shows and movies.

Tune in from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, and from 2 - 8 p.m. on Monday, August 3, to get your fill of Secret Life in, plus they're showing all three Legally Blonde flicks, Stick It with Twilight's Kellan Lutz and Reaper's Missy Peregrym, and Picture This! with Ashley Tisdale.

It's no surprise that Twilight swept the Teen Choice Awards nominations with a dozen nominations... so the big question now is, how many surfboards will the vampire movie take home?

Robsten goes head-to-head with Brangelina in several categories....will Rob Pattinson's Twilight performance outshine Brad Pitt's in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button so he can bring home the Choice Movie Actor: Drama award? Can Kristen Stewart out-act Angelina Jolie in Changeling to win the Choice Movie Actress: Drama?

And will Taylor Lautner beat out Star Trek's Chris Pine? And most importantly, will Robby P. and Kristen's hot movie kiss beat out Owen Wilson and Marley's kiss in Marley & Me? ;)

Twilight is also nominated in two film categories -- drama and romance. The film is also up against itself in in the Choice Movie: Fresh Face Female category with Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed duking it out.

The Jonas Brothers scored nine nomination including Choice TV Actor: Comedy as a threesome for JONAS. Little bro Frankie Jonas even got his own nomination for Choice TV: Breakout Star Male -- and he's up against The Secret Life of the American Teenager hottie Daren Kagasoff.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager has so many different kinds of characters -- the bad boy, the jock, the religious girl who's saving herself for marriage, and of course, the pregnant girl. Twilight's coming to a TV near you -- sorta! The CW just announced their new shows for the fall and one of them is about vampires! The Vampire Diaries, based on the hit book series by L.J. Smith, is about two brothers, (Lost's Ian Somerhalder and Everwood's Paul Wesley), who are both obsessed with a beautiful girl, played by Degrassi: The Next Generation's Nina Dobrev. Hmm -- sounds a lot like Edward and Jacob fighting for Bella's heart, don'tcha think?!

And Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is coming back to TV! (Remember, she was on 7th Heaven!) Following the successful footsteps of 90210, The CW is remaking another classic '90s TV show, Melrose Place. (FYI: Grace's mom on The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Josie Bissett, was an original Melrose cast member!) Also in the show? Jesse McCartney's ex-GF, Katie Cassidy! And it's rumored that Ryan Eggold, who currently plays the teacher Mr. Matthews on 90210, will be a regular cast member!

J-14 just got off the phone with The Secret Life of the American Teenager's star Shailene Woodely -- and she's just as excited as you about the season finale that aired last night on ABC Family. "I hadn't seen it before, so it was pretty interesting," she tells J-14. "I thought it turned out really good."

Of course, fans have been buzzing about it, and Shailene's been anxious to hear what they have to say. "I heard some reactions about how much they liked the emotion that Daren [Kagasoff] showed," Shai says. "I thought it was in his character, but it was cool to see him finally show it!"

And what's Shai up to now? "We're filming season 2 right now," she tells us. Of course it's totally different now that baby John is born. "We're working with real babies -- it's crazy! The babies have been great and they haven't been crying a lot -- they're very well-behaved babies!"
