On January 12, a devastating earthquake hit Haiti. A week later, the Caribbean nation is still struggling to pick up the pieces. Nickelodeon is pitching in to try and help the residents of Haiti, where over half of the population is under 18-years-old.

Nick started a new site just for teens, letting you know how you can get involved. Visit The Big Help: Help Haiti for tons of ideas on how you can make a difference, including coordinating a fundraiser and supporting a relief organization.

True Jackson, VP's Keke Palmer is joining Nickelodeon's cause as well. She took to her MySpace page to rally for help. "Please let's continue to pray for the people of Haiti," Keke wrote. "What has happened to their country is horrendous. Please, please, please keep them in your prayers. Also, you can make a donation to Wyclef Jean's organization for Haiti Relief on his site yele.org... I am so sorry about what has happened to [Wyclef's] beloved Haiti. My prayers are with him and all of the families devastated by this disaster."

J-14 got the chance to hang out with Ashley Argota this week while the True Jackson, VP star was in New York City! Why was Ash there -- besides to chill with us of course ;)? Not only was the star checking out colleges, but she was on vacation for her birthday! Today, the actress and singer turns 17. Happy Birthday, Ashley!

iCarly's Jennette McCurdy is super busy! She just finish filming the upcoming Nickelodeon movie, Best Player, in Vancouver, the new iCarly movie, iQuit iCarly, airs this Saturday, and she's been going back and forth between Los Angeles and Nashville to record her upcoming country album! J-14 chatted with Jennette about her and a near-Twilight encounter in Canada!

J-14: What is iQuit iCarly all about?
Jennette McCurdy: It's a very exciting movie because Carly and Sam get into the biggest fight tthe audience has ever seen them get into yet. They have different views on how to run the web show. Sam's more laid-back and thinks iCarly should be run by going with the flow, a more impromptu style with more improv, and Carly thinks it should be more scripted, scheduled, and timed. They both have different but cool approaches, and they start arguing with each other. Then they meet these two boys -- one has Carly's view and one has Sam's view. Carly and Sam now have their right-hand man and that makes the fight even worse than it would have been if it was just the girls.

J-14: What was your favorite part about filming the movie?
Jennette: We got to dress up like purple aliens! We had these unitard, spandex outfits with purple wigs -- very unforgiving on the body and hair! Also, Miranda dressed up as a hobo and I dressed up as a vampire, complete with fangs, so it was very fitting for the whole vampire craze right now.

J-14: Can you tell us about your Best Player?
Jennette: There's a guy who's 32 and still lives with his parents. It's time for him to grow up and get out on his own, so they kind of kick him out of the house, but he doesn't have enough money to buy his own place. He's very good at computer games, so he buys this game called "Black Hole" that's having a tournament where the grand prize is $175,000. He becomes very good at this game and thinks he's going to win, but then discovers this other player who beats him each time. He thinks it's another guy, but then finds out that it's a 15-year-old girl, played by me! So he starts dating my mom to try and learn how he can beat me at the game. It was a blast for [my iCarly costar] Jerry Trainor and me to work on.

J-14: What games are you playing now?
Jennette: I play lots of Halo and Call of Duty with my brothers.

J-14: Did you see any of the Twilight cast while filming in Vancouver?
Jennette: I did not, but I was staying at the same hotel as Rob Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart! Knowing that is pretty cool. I hear they had to sneak out the back of the hotel because people were waiting for them! But I haven't seen New Moon -- isn't that crazy? I was going to go see it with Ashley Argota from True Jackson, VP, and then we had a promo shoot that day, but I'm definitely going to have to see it. I'll probably see it with my best friend Annie -- maybe this weekend!

J-14: What are you looking forward to this holiday season?
Jennette: Just being with my family -- that's definitely the coolest part for me because it's been a whirlwind year, so I'll have a couple of days before Christmas where I get to be with them. The holiday season is my favorite time of the year -- I love everything about it. We always go looking at Christmas lights, bake together and make gingerbread houses, watch Christmas movies, and drink hot chocolate.

iQuit iCarly airs this Saturday, December 4, at 8 p.m. on Nickelodeon.

iCarly's Miranda Cosgrove was psyched to welcome four very cute boys -- aka Big Time Rush's Carlos Pena, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Kendall Schdmit -- into the Nickelodeon family -- by challenging them to a hockey game! After the girls vs boys match-up, Miranda, True Jackson, VP's Ashley Argota, and The Troop's Gage Golightly, and Victoria Justice all hung out with the Big Time Rush boys and made this exclusive behind-the-scenes video at the Paramount Studio back lots just for you!

Big Time Rush is a new Nickelodeon comedy about four best friends who get the opportunity of a lifetime -- the chance to be part of the pop scene in L.A.! Check out a preview video of Big Time Rush with the Nick girls below, and catch a special one-hour preview of the new show (it's set to officially premiere in 2010!) on Saturday, November 28, at 8:30 p.m. (ET/PT).

It's a big month for Keke Palmer! First, Justin Bieber guest starred on the season two premiere of True Jackson VP, and now she's got two more big names appearing alongside her -- Natasha Bedingfield and Everybody Hates Chris' Tyler James Williams will both be in the one-hour True Jackson, VP movie, "Flirting With Fame!"

Keke is so excited that she's even tweeting about it!

It's time for more Biebs! As if it wasn't enough that the second season of True Jackson, VP was starting up, singer Justin Bieber will be guest starring on the episode -- and he's even singing his hit song, "One Time"! In the brand new ep, called "True Concert," True (aka Keke Palmer) is trying to save her school's design department from budget cuts, and she gets Justin to agrees to perform at her fundraiser! Punk rock group Care Bears on Fire will appear in the ep too, singing their song "Everybody Else."

True Jackson's season premiere airs on Saturday, November 14 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT.

J-14 just hung out with Degrassi's Melinda Shankar (she plays Alli) and Sam Earle (KC)! The two flew down to New York City from Toronto for Nickelodeon's World Wide Day of Play. Nick is shutting off their programming from noon until 3 p.m. to encourage everyone to get outside!

To celebrate, Sean Kingston will be performing, and Melinda and Sam get to introduce him to the crowd. "I am so excited to meet Sean because I hear he's really nice!" Melinda tells J-14.

They may be TV stars, but Melinda and Sam enjoy spending time being active, too. "Since I was 3, I've been doing ballet and karate. I know it sounds like an awful mix, but somehow they help each other out! That's how I get out there and active," Melinda reveals. And Sam loves sports too -- he's played hockey since he was a kid, and he shocked Melinda by revealing that he took dance lessons as a little kid, too!

They're not the only stars getting in on the action -- Victoria Justice and True Jackson, VP's Keke Palmer are so excited for tomorrow that they also made an exclusive video just for J-14!

Happy 16th Birthday, Keke Palmer!

Keke was psyched to talk about her prom-themed sweet 16 party to J-14! The big fiesta included photo booths, prom pictures, and a king and queen. Who was crowned queen? Keke of course! "I'm definitely that host-y type of personality," Keke tells J-14. I want people to come from that party saying, 'That was the most incredible party I've been to and I had the most fun.'"

Mission accomplished! The True Jackson, V.P. celebrated with her co-stars, Ashley Argota and Matt Shively, the iCarly cast, Victoria Justice, Day26, Lil Mama, Cole & Dylan Sprouse, and Hairspray's Elijah Kelly! Plus mom and dad gave Keke an awesome gift for the big day - a white SUV!

But the party didn't last just one night - the next day, Keke and her friends headed over to Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA, and last night she saw Green Day live! That's some major celebrating, Keke!

This ship is the biggest thing I've ever seen! We stayed on deck 8 (out of 14!) The ship has three pools, the Promenade with a Ben and Jerry's, an ice skating rink, a three-story dining room, and lots of lounges. I don't know how it floated!

J-14 ran into True Jackson, VP'sKeke Palmer right after breakfast at the Windjammer Cafe on the Nick Family Cruise, and she told us that she was excited to head off the boat. We were in Mazatlan, on the West Coast of Mexico, a tourist town full of beaches and small shops. When we met up with her back on the boat that afternoon, we totally understood why she was so psyched. Check out all the things she got to do in one day, plus what she had in store for the next day's excursion (hint: iCarly's Jennette McCurdy did this too!).

What excursions would you want to do on a cruise? If you could hang out with Keke for a day, what activities would you want to do?

There were tons of shows at the Savoy Theater during the Nick Family Cruise, but the most special one was def on day one, where True Jackson, VP's Keke Palmer, iCarly's Nathan Kress, and iCarly's Jennette McCurdy talked to all the fams on the Mariner of the Seas during the Welcome Show! Hey J-14ers!

The Nickelodeon Family Cruise is almost over (tear!), but it's been a blast hanging out with iCarly's Jennette McCurdy and Nathan Kress plus True Jackson VP's Keke Palmer.

It's been an awesome week traveling from Los Angeles to Mexico and back again - Jennette and Keke both got to go on zip lines, explore Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta, and do meet and greets with Nick fans. Jennette looked sleepy and happy when we caught up with her after her zip line excursion - she went down 9 of them! We've hung out with all three Nick stars after their welcome show, between filming for Nick, and even checked out the awesome outfits the girls get to wear (I am completely jealous and ready to raid Jennette's closet). During their filming today, Keke and Jennette even broke out into song, belting out Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" - talk about a girl power anthem!

Tons of pictures and videos will be heading your way next week, but I wanted to let you guys know how cool it's been to hang out on board Royal Carribean's Mariner of the Seas cruise ship and learn all about Mexican culture on shore, from big port cities to small villages - Puerto Vallarta even had a Wal-Mart, just like back home!
