J-14 just learned that Miley Cyrus will be teaming up with Wal-Mart and designer Max Azria in creating a clothing line for girls. The label includes tops, pants, graphic tees, shoes and accessories -- and here's the best part -- it's all under $20!
The line is set to hit stores in August just before back-to-school and then shortly after Miley will be going on tour!
