Selena's Wizards Movie premieres in August
Fans of Wizards of Waverly place were stoked when Disney Channel announced early in 2009 they were making the hit series into a movie. Set in Puerto Rico, the flick scored major ratings and made us love Selena ever more!

Wizards of Waverly The Movie is only one day away!
We recently caught up with the cast members and they dished to us their favorite memory from filming in Puerto Rico. Today we have the boys of the flick, David Henrie and Jake T. Austin!

Tonight at 8:59 pm ET/PT, Disney Channel is premiering Selena Gomez's new music video for her song "Magic." Straight off the Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie's soundtrack, out August 4, this song is a remake from the 1975 classic tune by Pilot.
"Magic" will premiere right after the first episode of a four-episode Wizards special called Wizards vs. Vampires. There will be a new episode for the next four Fridays, all starting at 8 pm ET/PT.

This just in! Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie will premiere on the Disney Channel on Friday, August 28 at 8 pm ET/PT. The movie follows the Russo siblings on a Caribbean vacation where Selena's character, Alex, casts a spell that she wishes her parents never met. The only way for her to reverse the spell is to find the Stone of Dreams.
The flick was filmed earlier this year in Puerto Rico and the cast kept us up-to-date about all their Puerto Rican activities. Check out J-14's WOWP The Movie features:
