There have been rumors going around that Demi may have moved on from Joe Jonas much faster than any of us could've thought! Sources are saying that Demi's been in contact with Wilmer Valderrama (30-year-old actor who famously dated Mandy Moore, Lindsay Lohan, and Hilary Duff) since they've worked on PSAs together back in January and months later in March. A source said of Demi and Wilmer, "She complained about Joe to him a lot. Now they're talking and dating." OMG! Demi dating someone new already?

Not to worry, these rumors are just that -- rumors! Demi stopped them from spreading any further yesterday when she tweeted about her break-up with Joe. She posted, "...I am NOT dating anybody already." PHEW! Turns out Demi isn't moving on too fast.

Joe recently commented on the whole break-up and said, "Demi and I knew going into our romantic relationship that it may not be an easy one. I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel I care more about our friendship right now. It was my choice to break-up, but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."

In a recent interview over in Manchester, Selena Gomez gave the 411 on her relationships with Demi and Justin! When asked about Demi Lovato, at first Sel laughed it off. Then she answered, "Yea you know, honestly I love her, I really do, and I always will. I just think we're honestly growing and we're going through a lot of things right now in our life." Looks like Selena and Demi may not mend the BFF-status they used to share anytime soon!

When talking about Justin, Selena said, "He's so funny! I actually don't have my phone out here and he freaked out, he was like 'Oh my gosh! I cant talk to you, I don't know what you're doing," Sel dishes, "I'm like, ''I'm fine, I'm fine.' He's very protective. It's very funny -- he's younger than me, but he's been a better friend to me than most of the people my age."

I'm going to a middle school dance on Friday and I've never had a first kiss before. I really want the boy that I'm going with to kiss me but I don't know if he'll do it. I'm not sure what to expect at the dance. What if it's awkward? What if we don't dance? Any advice?

And Demi's answer is:
"I've spent most of my school years being home schooled but I did go to a 6th grade dance when I was still in public school. It was so awkward! I was standing against the wall the whole time -- no date, no guy. It was my first dance and all the boys were on one side and all the girls were on the other. The only people dancing with each other were the couples who were dating! But I was up against the wall until my girlfriends came up to me and were like, 'Let's just dance and act crazy!' So we did and made fools of ourselves -- in a really fun way! So it doesn't matter if you don't dance with a boy like I didn't, or if you don't get your crush to kiss you. There will be plenty of time for that. The best thing you can do is take the night as it comes -- and just have the best time EVER!"

I think it's important for teen girls to go on dates and to get treated like a princess -- especially when the timing (and the boy!) is just perfect!"

Ever dream of seeing Miley live in concert? How bout Demi or Jesse McCartney? Well if you're in the LA area on October 25th, you could have your chance! For the second year in a row, Miley is performing a charity show for City of Hope, an organization that helps people fighting cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. This year, the concert is on October 25th in LA and Demi Lovato and J.Mac will be joining her!
